Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, UX Specialist !
We are looking for a UI/UX designer who can create/define user-centric design solutions. UI/UX designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing responsive web applications and dashboards. To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication and designing skills.
Responsibilities
- Proven work experience in User Experience Design and Visual Design.
- Ability to communicate design rationale to stakeholders and continuously advocate for the end user
- The desired candidate should be open-minded, creative, self-critical, flexible and adaptable
- Deep understanding of the human-centric design process
- Ability to define and design user-centric software solutions
- Knowledge in the heuristic evaluation and expert review methods
- Experienced in requirement gathering with customers to determine software use cases and requirements.
- Excellent collaboration skills teaming with clients, product managers, developers, and fellow designers
- Ability to implement the visual design established branding and data visualizations to produce modern, compelling software solutions
- Ability to work with the senior leadership and provide the right design solutions
- Should have the potential to adapt to any kind of project with challenging requirements in terms of meeting CTQ’s
Minimum Qualifications
- BE/B- Tech, MCA, MSc, MBA
- Masters/Bachelors in design
- Familiar with popular design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop & InVision
- Certification in the field of user experience
- Understanding of design thinking
- Passion to explore new design trends and tools
- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
- Superb communication and negotiation skills
