E2E Mentorship program, an initiative by e2eHiring, is an exclusive 60-day program designed to enrich the lives of young talent by accelerating their professional all-around development through rigorous training on Technical and Soft skills, Networking, and Live projects with the purpose of grooming new and promising talent.
It’s a work from office training program and mentees would also get opportunities to work from the E2EHIRING corporate office in Bengaluru to get real-time experiences. The Mentorship Programme is innovative and unique. It focuses on an Industry-Led Syllabus that is designed by industry experts to bridge the gap between education curriculum and industry requirements. Mentors in E2E Mentorship Program are experienced software developers working on various projects at e2eHiring.
On 8 May 2023, the latest batch of mentees was felicitated at the e2eHiring Pvt Ltd head office in Bangalore. The mentees takeaways from the programme included:

A highlight of the felicitation ceremony was a speech by Mr. Ratul Borah, CEO & Founder at Elecnovo Private Limited, who recounted anecdotes from his life and handed out certificates and badges to program graduates. Both Mentors and Mentees expressed gratitude to each other with open hearts.

During the program, all mentees were exposed to a Live real project under e2eHiring and problems to get real-time experience working on any project. Mentees were given One-to-One attention by the mentors. Furthermore, all of our trainers were highly qualified to teach any and every aspect of technology that mentees want to excel in.
Soft Skill training was conducted during regular sessions on interview preparation and personality development. Additionally, Mentees could create YouTube videos and write blogs so that they not only learn about technology but also improve their communication and writing skills.
