Experience: 6 months - 3 years
Identifying opportunities on which to submit bids and feeding into the decision over whether to bid for the work.
Devising a successful strategy for winning a bid, including pinpointing the unique selling points of the organization.
Researching, writing, and checking proposals.
Working with key members of the project team and the client organization to obtain the information required to compile the bid.
Assessing and addressing the technical and commercial risks relating to the bid.
Sound knowledge of bidding platforms, such as Upwork.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients.
Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task.
Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.
