- Drive the e-commerce business for Solum store in India
- Manage the day to day operations of the e-commerce business
- Coordinate and administer all online business activities and ensuring implementation of the annual e-commerce plan, while achieving profitable sales objectives
- Work closely and collaborate with global branches and HQ, tech teams, and logistics teams - Operational responsibility of e-commerce business from inventory management, product updating, returns, reporting
- Manage customer engagement (buying process") and feedback related to the e-commerce business
- Build and run the supporting team (help desk) and manage staff
- Check and handle RFQ inquiries from CRM
- Handle CS issues order process, RMA etc.)

Qualifications
- 6-7 years of experience participating in the management of an e-commerce business, and 3 years of managerial experience
- Strong verbal and written in English Strong analytical and data reporting skills
- Marketing and sales experience in managing e-commerce
- Has a sound knowledge of current procedures and techniques in e-commerce
- Competencies(MUST)-Communication skills with related teams and HQ, global branches
- Magento, CRM tools, Basic HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid knowledge
