Experience: 6-10 Years

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure proper maintenance of vehicles and equipment, as well as adequate insurance coverage.
• Communicating with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the quality of service provided by the company.
• Ensuring that drivers are properly trained on company policies and procedures prior to operating company vehicles.
• Reviewing customer complaints, accident reports, and other records of vehicle damage or injuries to other parties involved in an accident.
• Developing and maintaining a fleet operations policies manual that outlines responsibilities and procedures for all fleet operations staff members.
• Overseeing the purchase of new vehicles or equipment for the fleet.
• Conducting training programs to ensure drivers are familiar with safety standards and company policies.
• Managing the fleet inventory to include all required equipment for each vehicle.
• Maintaining records of fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and other information about the operation of each vehicle in the fleet.
• Register, obtain licenses, and insure the company’s vehicles.
• Hire well-performing in-house technicians (if required).
• Partner with reputable repair and maintenance shops in favorable locations.
• Reduce unnecessary expenses and increase fuel efficiency.
• Secure the fleet’s compliance with applicable regulations.
• Guarantee excellent client service.
• Report fleet performance and finances to upper management.

Must Have:
