Roles & Responsibilities

• Development and Execution of Placement Strategy
• Conducting Industry Survey
• Network and Connect with different Industry sectors and potential recruiters
• Organizing Industry Connects & Corporate Connects by experts
• Develop and Expand Corporate Relations 
• Develop and Maintain the Corporate Database 
• Organize Resume Writing, GD and Interview(s), and Skills Development sessions
• Correspond with prospective companies for interview dates and schedule of events
• Arrange for interview facilities at the campus
• To collect the appointment letters or correspond to get them as soon as the interview is over
• To distribute appointment letters and collect acceptance letters from the students and dispatch them to the employer
• Pre-placement Training & profiling of students; Internship assistance, Coordinating and facilitating Final Placements, Industry-interfacing, Brand-building initiatives to enhance
• Identification of potential Recruiters/Corporate organizations; Networking; Planning and organizing Job Fairs & students placement activities
• Coordinating with Principals, Directors, Heads of Departments, and Student Mentors.
• Maintaining contact with local employers to obtain information on job opportunities, develop and enhance working relationships, and facilitate Placement activities
• Facilitating interviews, written tests, and other job placement activities for students to ensure a smooth entry into organizations.
• Overseeing day-to-day activities in Placement Services, Career advisement, Student-coaching, and preparing students for interviews and choosing careers.
• Maintaining a database of employment possibilities and a resource library, including career guidance references, college catalogs, employment literature, and related information. 
• Providing training to students in resume writing, completing Job applications, and interviewing. 
• Ensuring strict confidentiality of client records; maintaining a database of all students; maintaining all documents and records of student profiles, pre-placement initiatives, post-placement records, trends, etc.
• Conducting Job-Market studies; analyzing and following trends in student placements and engaging in efficient reporting and strategic planning. 

Required Skillset

• Bachelors/Masters in any field
• Experience in Education Industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Should be open to travel
