We observed a huge disparity in the talent available in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities of India. Skilled resources have to physically migrate to metro cities and find the right job opportunities. On the contrary, large organizations continue to struggle in finding the right skilled resources for services and support. There are several sectors where cost optimization remains a huge opportunity whereas large pools of resources are forced to relocate to high-cost locations causing problems to deteriorate further.
Jigar Patel in 2017 took a pledge to address this and developed a vision to create a platform that brings this huge gap down. It all started with a very modest concept of technology-driven capability which integrates people and processes. However, it turned out to be a game-changing platform that is driving transformation across several sectors especially IT and ITes services.
After4 years, Blitzpath has touched 400 technical services resources, 30 law professionals, 110 content developers, and 150 language experts.
