It is an exclusive 60-day program designed to enrich the lives of young and aspiring talent by accelerating their professional all-around development through rigorous training on Technical skills, Soft skills, Networking and experience on Live projects with the purpose of grooming new and promising talent. Recently, programmes have focussed on Web Development/Java/.Net/Kotlin skills. Mentees would also get opportunities to work from the e2eHiring corporate office in Bengaluru to get real-time work experience.
The Mentorship Programme is innovative and unique. It focuses on an Industry-Led Syllabus that is designed by industry experts to bridge the gap between education curriculum and industry requirements. Mentors in E2E Mentorship Program are experienced software developers working on various projects at e2eHiring.
Malashree, a Mentee from Skill-Web Development program, says “one of the most memorable things I remember from my mentor's lessons was the use of logical reasoning to find solutions.”
For M.Anbarasan, another Mentee, the most memorable things he learned from the program was knowledge about project structure and clean code.
Mentees are exposed to a Live real project under e2eHiring and problems to get real-time experience working on any project. Mentees are given One-to-One attention by the mentors. Soft Skill training is conducted during regular sessions on interview preparation and personality development. Additionally, Mentees create YouTube videos and write blogs so that they not only learn about technology but also improve their communication and writing skills.
The Mentorship Programme aims to bridge the gap between mentors and mentees in a very positive and learner friendly way. M.Anbarasan said, “Soft skills like communication and technical skills like react,typescript,redux were the best skills I developed as a mentee.”
Prakhar Pratap another Mentee from e2eHiring Mentorship program said, “Technically speaking, I have learned HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React JS through this program. Moreover, I had to make blogs and vlogs every week.” He added, “through blog writing, my writing skills improved a lot and boosted my confidence to a great extent.” He is now able to well explain the topics he learnt during the training session.
The Mentorship programme definitely guides mentees towards their desired jobs.
M.Anbarasan from the Skill-Web development batch says, “I got my first project as e2eHiring forms, In this project I learned so many new frameworks and new concept (typescript,redux) with the help of my mentors.” He too confirmed that completing the e2e Mentorship program guaranteed a job.
